I would like to give my compliments on a really good report for Q4/2011. I particularly liked the way you have laid it out to explain in layman's terms what has been happening in the world and Europe during the past couple of years in a way that most others have failed to do. In a world where everyone claims to be an expert I really appreciate that kind of clarity of approach.

Given the event at Cannes, reading your quarterly commentary right now is very timely!

I must say that the document is extremely well crafted and is worthy of wider readership. The FT and the WSJ could do worse than to have this kind of overview of the overall global financial situation. The opening summary, the performance report and the glossary of terms make for a good sequence, followed by the overall performance of the different portfolios.

I would encourage you to give wider access than to your current clients. A potential client/investor might be more than encouraged to join on reading this. Plus, given the inclusion of tales such as those of Mrs Tomkins, they might get to understand what a human outfit you are!

Just read your article 'should we be selling out of equities' which we found very interesting, informative and honest. Most companies are reluctant ever to say they don't know. You can't get such informed information from the likes of banks which is why we continue to invest with Argent to to get informed, impartial advice and sound investments.
